How we learn

01

Initial assessment

Before starting, we assess what participants know and how they perceive the subject. This makes it possible to measure real progress at the end.

02

Content delivery

We deliver up-to-date content that brings together clinical, legal and social perspectives in a coherent way, so that the information is understandable and useful.

03

Applying the content

Each session includes exercises that connect the content with real situations, so that each person can apply what they learn in their practice.

04

Assessment of skills

We assess what has been learnt and how it is applied in practices of care. Measuring knowledge does not in itself show that a programme reduces abuse.

05

Continuous learning network

On completion, participants join an active network where knowledge keeps growing through the exchange of experiences and cases from different contexts.

Institutional partnerships

Tailored training and protocols for your organisation

We design closed programmes and technical consultancies, adapted to the regulatory and ethical challenges of your institution, company or school community.

  • Assessment of organisational culture and prevention protocols.
  • Technical implementation of Law 21.643 (Ley Karin, on workplace harassment and violence) and current regulations.
  • Certification for psychosocial intervention teams.
